At Reaching Clarity, we offer skilled nursing care and personal care support services for pediatric patients who are medically fragile, right in the comfort of their own homes.

What Is The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)?

The Georgia Pediatric Program is a Medicaid program that provides FREE services to medically fragile children under the age of 21 in need of skilled nursing care and personal care support, in their homes. Services are approved based on the child’s medical needs, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time.

Neurological Disorders, Seizure Care, G-tube Care, Tube Feedings, Quadriplegic/ Paraplegic, Tracheostomies, IV Therapies, Wound Care, Colostomy Care, Endocrine Diseases, Cardiac Defects and Other Complex Needs.

Bathing, Dressing, Meals, Housekeeping, Monitoring, Vital Signs, Assistance w/ Ambulation, Transfers & Much More

We are partnered with Georgia Medicaid to provide pediatric home health services to medically fragile children under the age of 21. Services are approved based on the child’s medical needs, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply at any time.

Can I qualify if I do not meet the Medicaid Income Requirement?

Yes! Even if you do not have Medicaid the Katie Beckett Waiver takes parents’ income out of the picture and bases the approval decision on your child’s needs. If the child qualifies for the Katie Beckett Waiver, they become eligible for services available under the regular state Medicaid plan.
